The proceedings giving rise to this request application are confined only to Request Case No. 115/2017. It is informed by the learned counsel that it could not be pointed out when the order was passed on 01.08.2018 that a separate request case has already been filed being Request Case No. 117 of 2017 on behalf of the same applicant.

Accordingly, the order dated 01.08.2018 shall be inoperative insofar as the applicant Anand Bhushan in Case No. 115 of 2017 is concerned including any order relating to the proceeding.
