2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 14.06.2025 at about 4:30 pm, when the informant was standing near his bus, at that time, one Nagraj Bus, bearing Reg. No. BR21P-3308, came and parked it in front of his bus and on protest, this petitioner, who is alleged to be driver of Nagraj Bus, threatened him with dire consequences. It is further alleged that when informant went to petrol pump to fill-up diesel in his bus, this petitioner alongwith four unknown persons came there, abused him and snatched Rs. 25,000/- from his pocket and on protest, this petitioner assaulted on his head by means of iron rod.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. The dispute arose over timing of the bus, in which, both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Injury, allegedly caused by this petitioner, is simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Gaya (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 578 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
