JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 621 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code to which section 302 IPC was added later on.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed in this case on 16.08.2016 vide Annexure-3 to the petition. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.02.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions
