No. 3 by way of referring to the impugned order submits that by the impugned order, which was issued under Section 3 (3) of the Bihar Control Of Crimes Act, 1981 the petitioner was directed to report regularly in Bhagwanpur Hat Police Station from the date of issuance of order i.e. 25.09.2018 till 25.10.2018.
