The petitioner's grievance relates to nonconsideration of an appeal preferred by her before the District Programme Officer, Nawada, in connection with the selection of Anganbari Sevika for Centre No.131. Ward No. 2 of village Shekhodeora under Kawakole Block of Nalanda district. The said appeal has been registered as case No. 23 of 2019 which is said to have been filed on 31.12.2018.
