The petitioner is in custody in connection with Goroul P.S. Case No. 200 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.06.2019. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the alleged recovery has been recovered from the Goroul turning as it appears from the seizure list.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
