Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in a case, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have fired by his pistol on the chest of the informant as a result of which, he became unconscious and fell down. Thereafter, he was brought to the hospital for treatment.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since since 11.04.2019. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, after after one year of custody, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. (S. Kumar, J) S.Katyayan/- U T
