Learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw the instant appeal in order to facilitate the appellants to surrender before the learned lower court and pray for regular bail. However, it is made clear that during the consideration of regular bail, the learned lower court will consider the merit of the case as well as omnibus nature of allegations having been alleged against the appellants, on the same day without being influenced by the instant order. With the aforesaid observation, the instant memo of appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
