2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ application with liberty to move before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Vaishali (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority').
3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
4. If an appeal is filed before the Authority within three weeks from today, along with a copy of this order, the same
