The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 230 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that having similar allegations, several persons in different cases have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
