The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non-payment of salary from March, 2013 on wards.

In the matter of payment of salary, the respondents are required to examine the record which is lying within their custody to ascertain whether the appointment of the petitioner is legal and valid and whether the petitioner has actually worked or not?.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer(establishment),

Patna High Court CWJC No.22999 of 2013(3) dt.31-07-2018 2/2 Muzaffarpur to verify the record to ascertain whether the appointment of the petitioner is legal and valid and the petitioner has actually worked from March, 2013 on wards and if it is found that appointment of the petitioner is legal and valid and he has actually worked for the period he is claiming salary, the respondent District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur is required to take final decision with regard to payment of salary of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
