2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(1) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. Allegedly, 72 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from a suit kept behind the tempo of which the petitioner was driver.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioners. He has also submitted that the petitioners are

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Jhanjharpur in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
