The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case they are granted liberty to file a representation before the respondent no. 7 and the respondent no. 7 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners shall file a representation before the respondent no. 7 regarding their grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 7 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
