JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 Writ application is dismissed because there was nothing to quash in the resolution, contained in Annexure 10, with regard to the claim of the petitioner for promotion as a Librarian, specially when he has retired way back in the year 2007 working as an Assistant Librarian in the College in question. Resolution only indicates that if there is provision, that may be considered. Such an observation cannot be quashed.
Writ has no merit. It is dismissed.
