RO/SIW/12/2019-20/219 dated 11.07.2019 (Annexure:1), issued by Sri Prabhat Ranjan, the Regional Manager, Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, Siwan, by which the petitioner's saving account no.1006581030003057 has been hold due to overdue in the Loan Account No. 1008551430000254 of the petitioner, without disclosing the overdue amount, which is illegal and without jurisdiction, be issued. b) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the respondent authorities to fix the
