Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64080 of 2021.

It is submitted that during trial up till now out of 15 prosecution witnesses, 05 witnesses have already been examined and none of them have supported the prosecution case. Petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2021. Considering the deposition of witnesses and period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
