====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 108 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 308, 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62179 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-VII, Darbhanga, Bihar in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 108 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
