JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this application is being filed on behalf the petitioner noted above for issuance of writ in the Nature of Mandamus or any other writ/ writs, direction / Directions, order/ orders, commanding respondents Authorities most Particularly Respondent no. 2 for appointment of petitioner's son in the department of railway as per notification no. RBE. NO. 99/2010 Dated 16.07.2010 whereby and whereunder the petitioner's son is to be appointed in exchange of land of petitioner acquired by the ministry of Railway for

Patna High Court CWJC No. 15984 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 purpose of extension Railway line/ construction of Railway bridge etc. under Mau Tarighat new railway line planing / scheme notified in Extra ordinary Gazatte of India, published under the Authority of union of India/ ministry of Railway Dated 8/11/2018. But till date no steps under have been taken by most particularly respondent no.2 even after filling of representation and its reminder by the petitioner. "

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
