Petitioners, who are ladies, pray for bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 369, 302, 201, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code (initially registered under Section 363/365 of the I.P.C.).

As per the prosecution case, on 15.07.2021 at about 7:00 PM, the son of the informant went to attend the tuition class, but he did not return and on the disclosure made by coaccused Ranjeet Kushwaha, petitioners were made accused. Petitioner no. 1 is wife and petitioner no. 2 is mother of co-accused Ranjeet Kushwaha and no incriminating article has been recovered from their conscious possession. There is no material on record to suggest that petitioners were involved in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.437 of 2022(2) dt.11-03-2022 2/2 the aforesaid crime. Petitioners have got clean antecedent and they are in custody since 23.07.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned counsel for the State and the informant have opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioners is allowed. Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S.
