2. This present application has been preferred for modification of the order dated 22.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34642 of 2025 by which he has prayed for extension of time for surrendering before the Court concerned.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits due to non communication, he could not surrender in time and as such further extension of four weeks' time has been sought for.

4. Learned APP do not oppose the prayer.

5. In that background, prayer is allowed and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63225 of 2025(2) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 period of surrender is extended four next four weeks subject to payment of Rs.500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
