1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"1. That, the present writ application has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs setting aside the order dated 09.10.2018 passed by the State Appellate Authority, Education Department, Bihar, Patna in Appeal No. 407 of 2017 by which appeal

Patna High Court CWJC No.22691 of 2018(05) dt.08-02-2024 2/2 preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 15.06.2017 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, West Champaran at Bettiah in Case No. 09 of 2017 has been dismissed and further respondent- authorities may be directed to accept the joining of the petitioner in the school in question without further delay and/or to grant any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner having been redressed, he seeks permission to withdraw this application.

3. In view of the above, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
