The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 37(b),(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has two criminal antecedent of similar nature as stated in para-3 of the bail petition and he is languishing in judicial custody since 21.06.2019.
