1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the petitioners pray for issuance of a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents concerned to consider the claim/case of the petitioners properly for their absorption on any suitable class-IV posts and issue appointment letter to the petitioners being Ex-Non Formal Education Instructors who had worked for more than 3 years, in view of the direction of this Hon'ble Court as well as Hon'ble Apex
Patna High Court CWJC No.14884 of 2022(2) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 Court as several similarly situated persons have been absorbed/appointed in regular services but case of the petitioners is being discriminated."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in view of the judgment rendered by the learned Division Bench of this Court in Civil Review No.59 of 2018, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that if that be the case, the present writ petition be disposed off.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
