This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 109/2016.

This is second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. The impugned order reveals that only two prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined in this case. Other witnesses have already been examined.

Learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petitioner will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with
