The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

Allegedly, it is a case of recovery of illicit liquor from the joint house of co-accused Dhiraj Kumar. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise Court No.II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S.
