Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Barhara P.S. Case No.68 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioners on the basis of forged sale deed said to have been executed by Late Devendra Narayan Chaudhary filed mutation cases to get their names mutated with regard to the lands of the informant Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners did not file any mutation case before the Circle Officer. Petitioners are unaware of any forged sale deed and

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No.68 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
