The petitioner is in custody in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he called the informant and thereafter the co-accused Rajesh Prasad shot the informant, which caused injury on his left cheek. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.05.2019.

Considering the fact that the gun shot was not made by the petitioner, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be
