JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 26.09.2017 passed by the Certificate Officer, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda in Certificate Case No. 02 of 2017-18, whereby and where under the distress warrant has been issued against the petitioner herein without considering the objection filed by the petitioner.
