2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Surajgarha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 287 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner took away Rs. 1500 from the son of the informant. When the son of the informant asked him to return the money, the petitioner denied. Thereafter, the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted him by knife.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

The allegation is falsified itself from perusal of FIR in which it has been alleged that the petitioner inflicted knife blow on son of the informant, but the injuries are simple in nature, caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1cum Special Judge SC/ST Act, Lakhisarai in connection with Surajgarha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 287 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Kundan/Nirmal U T
