The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of kidnapping the wife of the informant along with ornaments and cash Rs. 2,50,000/-. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 07.09.2015 the First Information Report was registered on 09.09.2015 and the victim in 164 Cr.P.C. statement stated that due to torture of the informant and her mother-in-law she left house.
