ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 31-01-2026 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with the liberty to approach the Electricity Ombudsman against the order passed by the CGRF (Anumandaliya Lok Sikayat Nirwaran) dated 30.04.2025.

2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Electricity Ombudsman within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation/ application being given, the authority shall consider the same and pass necessary orders duly putting the petitioner on notice and giving him an opportunity of hearing. The authority shall endeavor to redress the grievance of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing the application/ representation.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
