2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the IPC and later on Section 411 of the IPC was added.

3. As per allegation, some unknown persons confined the informant and his brother while returning from a relative's house on the motorcycle. It is further alleged that they took away the motorcycle, money, mobile and gold chakti from the informant and his brother.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the stolen motorcycle was recovered

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, this bail petition is disposed of with observation that the prayer for bail of the petitioner shall be considered by the learned court below after four months.
