1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly at the outset submits that he is not pressing the present Quashing Application as already the witness has been examined but then the case is pending trial since 2008, as such, the Quashing Application be disposed of with a direction that the trial be concluded expeditiously as the case is of the year 2002.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned
