The present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking quashing of the first information report of Chainpur P.S. Case No.151 of 2013 dated 1st October, 2013 registered under Sections 420 and 409 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code or for issuance of a direction to the respondent authorities not to take any coercive action against the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid case.
