2. The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:
(i) for quashing the Notice Inviting Tender (for brevity "NIT") No. 01/2018-19 issued by the office of the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad Danapur Nizamat with respect to the work of construction of Plain
Patna High Court CWJC No.429 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2024 2/3 Cement Concrete (PCC) road listed at serial no. 12 in the above mentioned NIT;
(ii) for directing the respondents to stop the construction work of the road pursuant to the NIT;
(iii) for directing the respondents to Initiate a land acquisition proceeding under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for brevity "the Act) with respect to the land on which PCC road is proposed to be constructed pursuant to the sald NIT and/or for any other reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case.
3. Learned counsel submits that it would suffice, if

4. Granting such liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
