The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 354(C), 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 01.01.2019, informant was going to attend the tuition but in the way, petitioner stopped her and started to outrage her modesty saying her to perform the marriage. When she made protest then this petitioner pointed the knife at her neck. On raising alarm, people assembled there then anyhow she returned her home and narrated the incident to her parents. Thereafter, Panchayati was arranged, in which,

Thereafter, when the parents of informant tried to settle her marriage then this petitioner made hurdle in settlement of marriage showing her photographs. On 01.05.2019, when the informant and her parents went at the house of the petitioner and made complaint then the family members of the petitioner started to abuse and giving threatening that they will create hurdle in settlement of marriage of the informant. In the meantime, they tor the cloths of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner is next door neighbour of the informant and due to dirty village politics, the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under
