This application for regular bail arises out of Obra P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner appears to be correct in her submission that similarly situated co-accused Baijnath Singh has been allowed regular bail by this Court by order dated 04.12.l2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56695 of 2019. The case of the petitioner stands on similar footing as can be seen from the FIR read with the materials collected in course of investigation.

This application is, accordingly, allowed.

Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57469 of 2019(3) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Obra P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019.
