JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2024 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.4.2019, passed in CWJC No. 22717 of 2018, the salary of the petitioner has been re-fixed, the arrears of salary for the period 27.2.2007 to 31.5.2020 has been calculated and the same has also been paid to the petitioner.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Respondents for redressal of his subsisting grievance, if any.

Patna High Court MJC No.3470 of 2019(6) dt.23-08-2024 2/2 Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is clarified that the date of regularization, mentioned in the earlier order of this Court dated 20.7.2024, as far as the petitioner is concerned, be read as 4.5.2005 and not 1.7.2006. 4.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
