The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 268 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 354 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that fact is otherwise. She submits that on the date of occurrence the petitioner was brutally beaten by the informant's side. Thereafter false case was lodged.

I have perused the F.I.R. which discloses that victim/ informant was 17 years old and the allegation is that the petitioner tried to outrage her modesty.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1137 of 2016 (3) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
