====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard Mr. Jagannath Singh, learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, and Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned Senior Counsel, appearing on behalf of Vigilance.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to make appropriate application, in future, if so advised, and also to take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible including seeking of sanction from the State

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.15 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 Government for prosecution of the persons concerned, provided that the petitioner makes out a case for obtaining sanction for prosecution.

No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the application is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach this Court with appropriate application, in future, if so advised, and also to take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible including seeking of sanction from the State Government for prosecution of the persons concerned, provided that the petitioner makes out a case for obtaining sanction for prosecution.
