This case has been listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 16.11.2019, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail was dismissed vide order dated 16.11.2019 with liberty to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge, however, in the said order, it has inadvertently been recorded that if the trial is not concluded within six months, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59368 of 2019(4) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 from perusal of the diary maintained by the court master, it appears that learned counsel for the petitioner is right in his submission.

Accordingly, last but one paragraph of order dated 16.11.2019 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.
