JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 26.05.2018 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tekari, Gaya under Rule 32 of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority against the order dated 26.05.2018 and in case such an appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits by the appellate authority without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
