2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. As per prosecution case, 105.840 liter country made liquor has been recovered from two gunny bags and seven cartoons from an open place.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62396 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Excise Court No. 1, Gopalganj/concerned court below in connection with Thawe P.
