JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that as far as the present position is concerned, all the vacancies for the post of Principal have already been filled, however, the respondents may consider the case of the petitioner for appointment against fresh vacancies, which may be advertised in future, against the disabilities quota, as per the provisions of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995, and subject to the petitioner applying for the same.

Having regard to the fair submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition

Patna High Court CWJC No. 22816 of 2012(11) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to apply, against the disability quata in future, which may be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.
