1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct the nomenclature of the respondent no.2. Permission so sought is granted. Let the needful be done during the course of the day.

2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That by this writ application, the petitioner seeks indulgence of the this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions commanding the respondent to consider and grant the 1st A.C.P. w.e.f. 03.07.2007 and 1st M.A.C.P. after completed 20 years of

Patna High Court CWJC No.21156 of 2021(2) dt.03-04-2024 2/2 service in the light of the ACP/MACP Rule, 2003/2009."

3. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

2. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
