2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 99 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, two miscreants surrounded the informant and others and robbed their mobiles and motor cycle by showing country made pistol.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He next submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail application. He next submits that investigation in this case is concluded and charge sheet has already been submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64977 of 2024(2) dt.17-09-2024 2/2 but no TIP has been conducted. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2024.

5. However, learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 99 of 2024.
