JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground in lieu of death of his father in harness on 21.12.2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed appropriate application enclosing all the documents on 29.01.2018 before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nawada, however no decision has been taken till date.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, I direct the District Magistrate, Nawada to take a decision

Patna High Court CWJC No.23564 of 2018(2) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 with regard to the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. The present writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
