ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2019 in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.249 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were from the hut of Anil Sah and not from the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each
