JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the respondents no. 2, 3 and 4 may be directed to remove the encroachment from the public land bearing Mauza- Itwa Shivnagar, Thana No. 113, Khata No. 181 and 182 (Old), Khesra No. 1726 and 1688 (old) (ii) Khata No. 1184 and 1185 (N) Khesra No. 2126, 2085 and 2089 (New) under Biroul Block-Darbhanga."

The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the Circle Officer, Biroul, DistrictDarbhanga, to conclude the proceedings of the Encroachment Case No. 8 of 2019-2020 and 28 of 2020-21 and take

Patna High Court CWJC No.13638 of 2023(2) dt.10-10-2023 2/2 appropriate action, thereafter. It is directed, accordingly. 3.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner with regard to his aforesaid grievances, the Circle Officer, Biroul, DistrictDarbhanga, shall take necessary steps to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid encroachment cases and thereafter, take appropriate action, as is warranted. The entire exercise is directed to be completed within a period of six weeks of filing of the representation by the petitioner.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
