Mr.Md.Nadim Seraj -GP5 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Following is the relief, sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application:

"For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the Revolver and licence of the petitioner bearing licence No. 7198/NL/DMR which has been illegally seized by the respondent No. 4 for verification and or to grant any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case".

Considering the relief sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram

Patna High Court CWJC No.22866 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 (respondent No. 2) within a period of 30 days from today. The respondent No. 2 shall examine the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
